What is Pest Control University?

Pest Control University is an online pest control sales training program with two certifications: the Pest Apprentice Certification for new reps and the Pest Pro Certification for reps who want to master the full sale. It is built by D2D Experts, founded by Sam Taggart.

Is Pest Control University only for door-to-door sales?

No. Door knocking is one part of it, but the selling skills apply wherever a pest sale happens. The training covers diagnosing a problem, explaining services and pricing, handling objections, closing and asking for referrals.

Who teaches the courses?

The lessons are taught by pest sales experts including Marshall Hawkes, Calvin Escobedo, Andy Holmes and Cody Olive, along with Sam Taggart, Eric Chandler and Allen Bolen on the shared sales and ethics modules.

How long does it take to get certified?

The lessons are short videos, and each certification ends with a final test. Reps work through them at their own pace, so the time depends on how much they watch each day.
